By accessing and using IDEAL (the "Service"), a platform operated by Bizlr Technologies, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

IDEAL provides identity management infrastructure, including but not limited to ID card production, biometric verification, and data collection tools. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

3. User Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or data privacy laws). The collection of data without consent or for malicious intent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bizlr Technologies or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bizlr Technologies, IDEAL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizlr Technologies is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
